Essential Information & Recommendations
Location: Playa del Carmen / Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
Park Hours: Open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Duration: Full day tour (Approximately 12 to 14 hours with transfers).
Ground Transportation: Round-trip transfer service from hotels in Cancun or Riviera Maya available at an additional cost.
Environmental Protection: Only the use of sunscreens and biodegradable repellents with titanium oxide and zinc oxide is allowed to protect marine fauna and reefs.
What to Bring: Swimsuit, dry change of clothes, towel, water shoes, official identification and cash or card for souvenirs or optional activities (such as Snuba, Sea Trek or swimming with dolphins).
